Terms of Service

Your account

You're responsible for what happens under your account — keep your password confidential, notify us at support@itrucked.com if you suspect unauthorized access. You must be at least 18 and authorized to bind the company you sign up on behalf of.

What you pay

Pricing is per active driver per month, billed in advance, in U.S. dollars. The trial is 14 days, no card required up front. After trial, your subscription auto-renews until you cancel from the customer portal. We may change pricing on 30 days' notice; new pricing applies at your next renewal.

Sales tax is collected per Stripe Tax based on your billing address. You're responsible for any taxes not collected here.

Your data

You own the data you put into the Services — load records, driver records, vehicle records, invoices, paystubs, every other entity. We host, process, and surface it back to you under the terms of our Privacy Policy. You can export it any time. You can delete your account any time.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services to track or facilitate cargo or operations that are illegal under applicable law.
• Share your account credentials with anyone outside the organization paying for the seat.
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to circumvent the Services' rate limits, access controls, or tenant isolation.
• Upload content that infringes someone else's rights or violates applicable law.
• Use the Services to send unsolicited email, run a spam operation, or otherwise abuse the transactional-email system (e.g., the invoice-send flow).

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules. We'll give you a chance to cure when we can.

What we promise (and don't)

We work hard to keep the Services up. We don't guarantee uninterrupted service or that the Services will be free of bugs. We provide the Services "as is" without warranties of any kind, except as required by applicable law.

iTrucked is not a payment processor or factoring company. We generate invoices, route them to your broker or factoring contact, and track payment status — the money itself moves through your existing channels.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, iTrucked's total liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Changes

We may update these Terms. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email and post the new Terms here with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after the change is acceptance of the new Terms.
