This privacy notice for iTrucked Services LLC ("iTrucked," "we," "us," or "our") explains how and why we collect, store, use, and share ("process") information when you use our services (the "Services").
What we collect
Account information you provide: names, email addresses, phone numbers, company name, mailing/billing address.
Operational data you enter into the Services: load records, driver records, vehicle records, broker contacts, factoring contacts, permits, insurance, IFTA mileage, fuel purchases, invoices, paystubs.
Payment data is processed by Stripe — we never see or store full card numbers. We retain only a payment-method identifier and the billing address Stripe returns.
Telemetry: anonymized session events (page navigation, error reports) via PostHog. No PII in events; identity is keyed to your user ID.
How we use it
We use what you give us to run the Services for you — provision your account, surface your records back to you, send transactional email (sign-up confirmation, password reset, billing receipts), keep the Services secure, and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties for advertising.
Who we share with
We share data only with these processors, all under written agreements:
- Stripe — billing + payment processing
- Resend — transactional email delivery
- Cloudflare R2 — file storage (rate confirmations, BOLs, receipts)
- Cloudflare — DNS, CDN, WAF
- Railway — application hosting + Postgres
- OpenRouter — only when AI features are used (currently disabled at launch)
- PostHog — product analytics + error tracking
How long we keep it
We keep your operational data for the lifetime of your account plus 6 months after account termination, in case you reactivate. Backups are retained for 30 days.
Some records are subject to longer retention floors driven by DOT / IRS requirements — IFTA records (4 years), payroll records (7 years). Those are kept for the regulatory minimum even if you close your account.
Your rights
You can export your data at any time from the customer portal. You can delete your account from settings. If you live in a jurisdiction with statutory data rights (CCPA, GDPR), contact us and we'll honor them.
